Shari Winters

Shari Mae Winters 63, of Circleville, died May 8, 2013 at Riverside Hospital. She was born August 4, 1949 in Fairfield County, the daughter of the late Clarence and Alma (Hay) Harrel. She is survived by her children, John, Michael and Pamela Otey; grandchildren, Kyi and Tiffany Otey and Abigail and Nicole Moses; sisters, Carolyn Graves and Judy Baird and brother, Eddie Harrel. Friends may call from 5-7 p.m. Monday May 13, 2013 at the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville. Cremation to follow.
