Shelby Albert Fraley Ii

Shelby Albert Fraley II, 88, of Circleville passed away on August 30, 2022.  He was born on May 28, 1934 in Kanawha County, West Virginia to Shelby and Maude (Ratcliffe) Fraley.  He belonged to Pickaway Lodge #23 F&AM, Shrine of Columbus and Amvets #2256, was a Veteran of the US Army and was retired from Owens-Illinois Glass Plant in Columbus, Ohio.  In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother Ray Fraley.  Shelby is survived by his wife Joyce (Myers) Fraley; children Trisa Wintringham, Laura Hunter, Beth A. Fraley, stepsons Barry and Mark Williams, granddaughters Melissa (Doug) Rogers, Kelsey Wintringham and Senecca Sommers, grandsons Carl Fraley, Vincent Lewis, Nelson Wintringham and Walker E. Sommers and great grandson Oliver Fraley.  A Celebration of Life will be held on October 15, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. with a reception to follow at the Masonic Temple, Circleville.   Online condolences can be made to www.wellmanfuneralhomes.com.
