Shirley Rife

Shirley Mae (Riggin) Rife, 81, of Laurelville died November 9, 2016 at her residence. She was born on May 20, 1935 in Williamsport, the daughter of Ted and Lily (Cardiff) Riggin. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Bruce Rife; sister, Barbara Alkire and brother, Teddy Riggin. She is survived by her children, Abby (Richard) Huggins, Duane (Nancy) Rife, Leslie (Colleen) Rife, Lisa (Richard) Eveland, Brian (Brenda Conley) Rife and Philip (Mindi) Rife; 12 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; special friend, Fred Barton. Funeral service will be held 1:00 p.m. Sunday November 13, 2016 at the Wellman Funeral Home, Laurelville, with Pastor Steve Hayes officiating. Burial will be in Green Summit Cemetery. Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. Saturday and 11 a.m. until the time of service on Sunday. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Heartland Hospice or Laurelville Fire Dept.
