Stephanie Rene` (Seyfang) Bard went to be by her mother’s side in Heaven on March 31, 2009. She was born May 5, 1968 to John D. and Sharon A. (Knece) Seyfang I. She was preceded in death by her mother, Sharon A. Gee. Stephanie is survived by her father; loving husband, Jeromie Bard of Circleville; daughter, Courtney Gibbs of Norco, CA; stepson, Jacob Bard; brothers, John D. Seyfang, II, Christopher (Cassy) Seyfang of Circleville and Shannon (Brandy Quesinberry) of Chillicothe; nieces and nephews, Cole and Madison Seyfang of Stoutsville, Sarah and Shane Seyfang and Alaina Diehl all of Circleville; stepfather, Jim Gee of Stoutsville; father-in-law, Robin (Virginia) D. Bard of Beaverton, MI and mother-in-law, Teresa (David) L. Lutz of S. Bloomfield. Stephanie was a loving niece to Linda (Donnie) Davis of Kingston and Jerry (Chris) Knece of Marysville. She is also survived by many loving relatives of the Bard, Johnson, Knece, Hart and Thompson families. For those who knew Stephanie knew her life passion was serving the veterans of Pickaway and surrounding counties. Stephanie worked for The Pickaway County Veterans Service Office for 13 years. Stephanie was also known for her quick wit and great sense of humor, she was a true friend to many including her dear friend of many years, Kim Dennis of Circleville. Steph will be sadly missed by her family, friends and her faithful dog, Shasta. Funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday April 4, 2009 at the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville with Pastor Danny Zickafoose officiating. Burial will be in Maple Hill Cemetery. Friends may call from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to Amvets.
