Stephen Ratcliff

Stephen E. Ratcliff, 59, of Kingston, died March 10, 2013. He was born on February 18, 1954 in Pickaway County, the son of Glenn and Gloria (Brungs) Ratcliff. He was a member of Amvets and American Legion. He was preceded in death by his father. He is survived by his mother and step-father, Dave and Gloria Livingston; children, Rachel (Randy) Pugh, Jesse Ratcliff and Nathan (Lindsey) Ratcliff; 8 grandchildren, Alexandra, Christopher, Paige, Hayden, Wyatt, Jenna, Darby and Kaeson; siblings, Tony (Maria) Ratcliff, Kimberly (Jeff) Caudill and Rob (Heather) Ratcliff. Family will hold funeral service 11:00 a.m. Wednesday March 13, 2013 at the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville. Burial will be in Forest Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Wellman Funeral Home in Stephen’s name.
