Stillman Horn

Stillman Ray Horn, 52, of Stoutsville, passed away June 5, 2010 at his residence. He was born April 26, 1958 in Gallipolis, the son of Harold and Doris (Shepard) Horn. He was a U.S. Army veteran. He was preceded in death by his father and uncle, Floyd “Dink” Shepard. He is survived by his mother and step-father, Doris and Tom Greer; his loving wife of 30 years, Doris (Hulse) Horn; children, Joseph Ray Horn of Amanda and Rachel (Robert) Mays of Logan; grandchildren, Anthony, Korissa, Caitlian and Brandon Southers, Chase, Madison and Connor Mays and Landon and Macy Horn; brothers, Harold “Randy” Horn of Stoutsville and Stacy Horn of Oakland; sister, Holly Pinkerman of Stoutsville and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews. Ray enjoyed working at Circle Auto Parts, playing golf with family and friends, repairing computers, but his main love in life was spending time with his extended family. The family would like to say a Special Thank You to the staff of Heartland Hospice, all family and friends for their prayers, help, love and support during Ray’s illness. Funeral service will be held 4:00 p.m. Sunday June 13, 2010 at the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville. Friends may call from 2-4 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Memorials contributions may be made to Heartland Hospice or Lung Cancer Research.
