Terry Dean Neff passed away April 24, 2008. He was born July 31, 1953 in Circleville, the son of George W. and Ruth E. (Melvin) Neff. Terry was a lifelong resident of Pickaway County, a graduate of Westfall High School and DeVry University and a veteran of the U.S. Air Force. He was a licensed electrician employed as a maintenance supervisor for Limbach LLC in Columbus. Locally he was a Jackson Township zoning inspector and board member of PCSW. He was an avid hunter and outdoorsmen and co-owned and operated a tree farm on London Road with his son Nick. Terry is survived by his wife Teresa (Weethee) Neff, whom he married in April 1975, son, Nicholas (Toni) Neff; daughter, Hillary (Ian) Webb; mother, Ruth Neff; brother, Stephen (Sharon) Neff. Also surviving are mother and father-in-law, Marilyn and Norman Weethee; sister and brother-in-law, Patti and Jay Ward; brother and sister-in-law, Norman and Rhonda Weethee; nieces and nephews, Jeremy, Anthony, Chris, Dawnaka, Jason and Valerie. He was predeceased by his father, George and an infant daughter. Visitation will be at Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville on Wednesday May 7, 2008 from 2-8 p.m. Funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. Thursday at the Trinity Lutheran Church with Pastor Don Bachman officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to Trinity Lutheran Church, 135 E. Mound St.
