Theresa Kay (Williams) Parson, 61, of Amanda, passed away at home surrounded by her family on October 4, 2014 after a long battle with cancer. She was born on October 12, 1952 to James H. and Erna F. (Ferguson) Williams in Springfield, Ohio. Theresa was a member of the 1970 graduating class from North High School in Springfield, Ohio. She moved to the Circleville area in 1979 where she worked and raised her family. She was a member of First Free Will Baptist Church in Springfield, Ohio. She is preceded in death by her father and maternal grandparents; Elmer and Ella Ferguson. She is survived by her husband, Kenneth Parsons, children; Kimberly Watson Ciccero (Mark) of Cleveland and David (Samantha) Watson of Circleville and step-son; Shawn (Shanie) Parsons of Florida, grandchildren; Morgan Phifer, Dominic Ciccero and Chase Parsons, mother; Erna Williams of Springfield, sister; Nancy (Raymond) Krugh, niece; Lora (James) Campbell of Springfield and nephew; Raymond (Cristen) Krugh of Florida and by very special friends Teresa (Terry) Downour of Amanda and Brandy Phifer of Circleville. Services are as follows; Circleville calling hours at Wellman Funeral Home 4-8 p.m. on Tuesday, October 7, 2014 and Springfield calling hours at First Free Will Baptist Church are 10-11 a.m. with funeral service at 11:00.
