Thomas Davis

Thomas L. Davis, Sr. 69, of Circleville, died July 15, 2009 at Riverside Hospital. He was born May 3, 1940 in Circleville, the son of Rev. Eugene and Thelma (Lutz) Davis. He was a member of the Elks #77, Amvets #2256 and Moose #2440. He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers, Eddie and Dan. He is survived by his wife, Connie (Lutz) Davis; children, Thomas L. (Michelle) Davis, Jr. of Columbus, Tara L. (Randy) Vanover, Tammie L. (Bogesh) Wetherell and Tina L. (Tim) Allen all of Circleville; step-son, Stephen (Tammy) Davis of Adelphi; 13 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren and brothers, Ted (Barbara) Davis and Willie (Barbara) Davis of Amanda, Jerry (Roseann) Davis of Tarlton and Daryl (Joni) Davis of Stoutsville. Funeral service will be held 10:30 a.m. Monday July 20, 2009 at the Circleville Church of the Nazarene. Burial will be in Forest Cemetery. Friends may call from 2-6 p.m. Sunday at the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville, with the Elks service at 5:45 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to Home Reach Hospice.
