Thurman Brown, 72, of Chillicothe passed away on Sunday, February 28, 2010 in Chillicothe. He was born on March 6, 1937 in Ironton, Ohio to Sherman and Bertha (Clayton) Brown.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Marlene (Wilson) Brown, three children, Kristy Brown, Vickie Hayner, Cheri Smith and by two grandsons.
Mr. Brown is survived by his children, Jill (David) Byers of Washington C.H., Angela (Clay) Ruckel, Michael (Clara) Brown, Lisa (Jeff) Russell all of Chillicothe, William Brown of Florida, two sisters, Betty (William) Dearth, Dorothy (Kenneth) Spradlin both of Washington C.H. and by 10 grand and 6 great grandchildren.
Funeral services for Mr. Brown will be held on Tuesday, March 2, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. in the Wellman-Kinzer Funeral Home with burial to follow in Highlawn Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday from 12:00 noon until the time of service at 2:00 p.m.
