Tracy Blackman, 44, of Circleville passed away on August 18, 2022. She was born on June 5, 1978 in Richmond, VA to James and Brenda (Inge) Blackman Sr. She was preceded in death by her step-father Gene Campbell. Tracy is survived by her father James Blackman Sr., her mother Brenda Campbell, her significant other Douglas Butler, her children Chad Mason Blackman, Cody James Daniels and Chyanne Marie Daniels, grandchildren Zoey Daniels and Lucie Mae Price, brother James E. (Wendy) Blackman Jr. and sisters Sharon Louise O’Bryan and Kathy (Robert) Haynes. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, August 24, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. at the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville with Melissa Bundock officiating.
