Vicki (Heeter) Certain

Vicki Certain, 70, of Circleville passed away on April 29, 2023.  She was born on December 29, 1952 in Circleville to Shirley and Rose (Rutter) Heeter.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her son Charles and siblings Dot Hill and John Hitch.  Vicki is survived by her children Rick (Angela) Kasler, Misty (Rich) Lee, Angel (Bill) Ackison, 14 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren and by special companions Sunshine and Diesel.  Funeral services will be held on Thursday, May 4, 2023 at noon at the Wellman Funeral Home with Chaplain Jim Ferrell officiating.  Burial will follow in Jackson Township Cemetery.  Visitation will be held on Thursday from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service at noon.  Online condolences can be made to www.wellmanfuneralhomes.com.
