Vicky Baughman, 53, of Circleville passed away on February 24, 2017. She was born on October 27, 1963 in Circleville to Carl and Monel (Schwalbauch) Baughman. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by brother Karl Lee Baughman. Vicky is survived by her son Bobby (Vickie) Baughman of Circleville, daughters Jennifer Baughman of Lancaster, Brandie (Josh Rouleau) Williams of Michigan, Amanda Baughman of Circleville, ex-husband Ernie Tilton of Circleville, sisters Dorothy Baughman and Arleen Reese both of Chillicothe, brothers Jeff Baughman of Kingston, Dean Baughman of Newark, 12 grandchildren, 2 nieces and by 2 nephews. A graveside service will be held on Thursday March 9, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. at Prairie View Cemetery, Whisler. Friends may call at the Wellman Funeral Home on Thursday from 12-1.
