Virginia Echard

Virginia Maxine Echard, 81, of Ashville, died July 29, 2010 at Berger Hospital. She was born May 11, 1929 in Washington Court House, the daughter of Everett and Dora (Birchfield) Phillips. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Victor Echard; grandson, Joey Wright and sister, Joetta Mettler. She is survived by her daughters, Ruth (Howard) Brown of Clarksburg and Wanda (Darrell) Wright of Ashville; 5 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren and brother, Tony (Anna) Phillips of Austria. Funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday July 31, 2010 at the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville. Burial will be in Forest Cemetery. Friends may call from 10-11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
