Walter Starkey Jr., 65 of Circleville died on Sunday, June 8, 2014. He was born on July 18, 1948 in Circleville to Walter and Goldie (Martin) Starkey Sr. He was a member of BPOE #77 and VFW #3331. He was preceded in death by his parents. Walter is survived by his wife, Ellen (Whaley) Starkey, his children, Corey (Brenda) and Dustin Starkey, 2 grandchildren, Abigail and Zachary, 1 brother, Robert Martin and by 2 sisters, Diane (John) Owens and Patricia (Gerald) McCray. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 14, 2014 at 12:00 p.m. at the Wellman Funeral Home. Friends may call at the funeral home on Saturday from 11-12.
