Wanda Short

Wanda Lee (Jones-Richardson) Short, 67, passed away Friday Feb 13, 2015 with her family by her side. Wanda was born July 28, 1947 in Baltimore, MD. She married Curtis Dale Short of Kingston, OH on Feb. 22, 1969. She was preceded in death by her mother, Freda Smart, brother Freddy Smart and husband Curtis D. Short. She is survived by her children, Clark (Dena) Short, Christina Hammond and Kimberly Taylor (Lucian) Bostock, sisters, Ruth (Brandon) Newman, Lisa (William) Barnes and Kathleen (Bruce) Shaw, grandchildren, Brandon Short, Bret Taylor, Megan and Tyler Hammond, sister-in-law Evelyn (Delbert) Cooper, many nieces, nephews, extended family and her dog, Rusty. Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Tuesday Feb. 17, 2015 at the Hilltop Mission Church 398 Lunbeck Rd. Chillicothe, OH 45601. Burial will follow in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Kingston. Friends may call Monday Feb. 16, 2015 at the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville from 4 to 7 pm.
