Wanda Tigner

Wanda Tigner, 80, of Circleville passed away on April 1, 2016 at her loving home. She was born on October 29, 1935 in Hemlock, WV to George and Lulah (Zickfoose) Leigh. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband; Charles Tigner, a son; Steven Michael Norman and siblings; Mava Dell Osborne and Lavonda Waites. Wanda is survived by daughters; Patricia (Kenneth) Young, Bonnie Lou Norman, sons; Randal (Linda) Norman, Timothy (Malfus) Norman, daughter-in-law; Peggy Norman, brother; Marvin Leigh, grandchildren Amy and Patrick Rowe whom were her caregivers for the last 7 years, Jay, Janie, Margo, Katie, Jenny, Elaine, Samantha, Rodger, Cordale and by 14 great grandchildren and by many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Monday, April 4, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. at the Wellman Funeral Home with Rev. Jack Norman officiating. Cremation will follow the service.
