William Fraley

William F. Fraley, 69, of Laurelville, died September 10, 2013 at his residence. He was born October 17, 1943 in Gallipolis the son of William and Dorothy (Raub) Fraley, Jr. He was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church and retired from Pickaway Correctional Institute. He was preceded in death by his parents and son, Todd Christopher Fraley. He is survived by his wife, Mary (Herne) Fraley; daughters, Andrea Lee Fraley and Niki (Chris) Kuhbander; grandchildren, Marquis Fraley, Karisten Moore, Maggie Fraley and Avery Fraley; brother, Tom (Linda) Taylor; sister, Theresa (Tony) Breeze; daughter-in-law, Mardi Fraley; best friends, Larry & Bonnie Larimer and all my Ringhiser family. Friends may call from 11-4 p.m. Saturday at the Wellman Funeral Home, Laurelville. Burial will be in Reber Hill Cemetery at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to American Cancer Society or Leukemia Research Foundation.
