William Moore, 68, of Circleville passed away on October 30, 2016. He was born on December 15, 1947 in Lewiston, Idaho to John and Lourenia (Parsley) Moore. He was preceded in death by his parents. William is survived by his wife; Stephanee (McKown) Moore, children; Kristen Ruark of Washington, William Moore of Idaho, Joshua Hatfield of Chillicothe, grandchildren; Colby and McKenzie Ruark, Nicholas and Bailee Moore, Reese Hatfield, 2 great grandchildren and by sister; Brenda Wall of Napoleon. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, November 2, 2016 at 1:30 p.m. at the Wellman Funeral Home with Chaplain Jim Ferrell officiating.
