William Mullins

William O. Mullins, better known as Billy, was born on May 7, 1941 in Cuyahoga Falls, OH and was promoted to glory on December 18, 2015. For almost 21 years he lived with his guardian-cousin, David and Myrla Lattimer of Circleville. He attended the Circleville Crossroads Church and was blessed by the kindness of Person Centered Services which is part of the Pickaway MRDD program. Visiting hours will be Tuesday, December 22, 2015 at the Crossroads Church of Christ in Christian Union from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 with a memorial service following at noon with Dr. David Lattimer and Rev. Tim Throckmorton presiding. Burial will be in Hitler Ludwig Cemetery. In lieu of flowers persons are asked to contribute to Person Centered Services because of their loving care for Billy.
