William Phillip Savage, 62, of Williamsport died on Friday, January 16, 2015. He was born in Louisa, Kentucky on October 7, 1952 to Charles and Virginia (Kinner) Savage. William liked fishing, bowling and basketball. He liked going to work at PDI, greeting people and collecting mail. He also loved eating out at Captain D’s, KFC and Subway. He liked stopping and getting coffee and donuts. He was at Brooks Yates and PDI for 54 years. In addition to his parents William was preceded in death by siblings; Christina Faye Savage (Sam) Speakman, Charles A. and Joan (McFarland) Savage and James Logan and Roberta (Cassity) Savage. William is survived by 2 sisters; Lynda Savage (William) Houser of Williamsport, Teddy J. Savage (William) Schultz of McKeesport, PA, 3 brothers; Roger D. and Debbie (Dewey) of Circleville, Henry and Judy (Danner) of Londonderry and Larry Savage of Chillicothe, 2 beloved nephews; William Paul Herbert Houser of Marengo, Jesse A. Houser of Williamsport, 2 beloved nieces; Addison Ann Marie Houser of Marengo, Paula Gillian and family of Circleville, numerous nieces and nephews and great and great-great nieces and nephews and by best friend; Pat Sullivan. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, January 21, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. in the Wellman Funeral Home with Chaplain Jim Ferrell officiating. Burial will follow in Jackson Township Cemetery.
