Willis Johnston

Willis H. Johnston, 93, Laurelville, died September 21, 2009 at Logan Elm Health Care Center. He was born October 18, 1915 in Hocking County, the son of Clifford and Jenny (Acker) Johnston. He was a charter member of Laurelville Church of God. He was preceded in death by his parents; first wife, Marie (Lytle) Johnston; second wife, Alma (Radabaugh) Johnston; children, Jean and Robert D. Johnston and Vicki D. Espinosa; brothers, Carl, Clarence, Frank and Joe and sisters, Esther Smith, Margie Ebert, Alice Fetherolf and Bertha Wiggins. He is survived by his children, Edward D. Johnston of Circleville and Janet K. Hartley of Stoutsville; 8 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren. Funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday September 25, 2009 at the Laurelville Church of God. Burial will be in Green Summit Cemetery. Friends may call from 2-8 p.m. Thursday at the Wellman Funeral Home, Laurelville.
