Wilma (Rathburn) Clifton

Wilma Clifton, 82, of Circleville passed away on November 17, 2024.  She was born on August 21, 1942 in Ashville to Kenneth and Lois (Beatty) Rathburn.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by sister Bonnie Rathburn.  She retired from G.E.  Wilma is survived by her husband Richard Clifton and brothers Jimmy (Sharren) and Russ (Michelle) Rathburn; brother and sisters-in-law Mike Clifton, Donald Clifton, Judy (Albert) Benak, Rebecca (Joseph) McNichols, Ruth (Ted) Wells and by several nieces and nephews.  Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, November 20, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. at the Wellman Funeral Home with burial to follow in Hitler Ludwig Cemetery.  Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 12-2 p.m.  Memorial contributions are suggested to National Church Residence Hospice.  Online condolences can be made to www.wellmanfuneralhomes.com.
