Joseph Carlisle

Joseph Carlisle, 58, of Circleville passed away on August 11, 2023.  He was born on May 20, 1965 in Circleville to Joseph Sr. and Donna (Ragland) Carlisle.  He was preceded in death by his father.  Joseph is survived by his mother Donna Hill; his significant other Tammy Tranum, children Kendra, Chase, Dalton Carlisle and Liberty Gavin; many grandchildren; siblings Norma (Terry) Berry, Mary (Doug) Carlisle, Melanie (Chris) Mays, Debra (Charlie) Hughes, Kathy Carlisle, Bonnie (Warren) Ragland, Keith, Roger and Sonja Hill and by many nieces, nephews aunts and uncles.  Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, August 15, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. at the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville.  Visitation will be on Tuesday from 11-1.     Online condolences can be made to www.wellmanfuneralhomes.com.
